Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mar Sea Jewel. Each piece is handmade with care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and handmade nature, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Items purchased on final sale

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

We will provide instructions for returning the product.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirmation
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

Please note: Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

In this case, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Provide a full refund (including shipping)

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider
  3. Contact your bank
